Buyandship Philippines : The Comfort of Having your International Orders Shipped Straight to your Home

Ever had the plan of ordering a certain item that unfortunately is only available from international online shops? 

Well, I've got a great news you will surely love! I have found a helpful global shipping service that will let you have your international order/s delivered in the comfort of your home, which is Buyandship. And for FIlipinos out there like me, I'm happy to let you know that this service is also available in our country. 

Buyandship is a tech logistics star-up that focus on air freight forwarding that allows you to shop online abroad (called cross-border eCommerce) and have it delivered straight to your doorstep in the Philippines. They currently have 10 warehouse locations around the world: US, UK, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and China. Plus, they take pride as having the lowest shipping fee of Php 300/lb. 

And since I really want to share this awesome service to you, I can surely explain the easy process I need to go through to have my order from an international country delivered to my home here in the Philippines. 

Creating an account 

The first thing you need to do is create an account on the site by visiting buyandship.ph or you may click here to sign up.

Upon your registration, you will get a unique member ID which also serve as the identification of your parcels during the shipping progress.

Placing the order

After that, you may do the order from the list of shopping sites Buyandship cater such as Amazon, American Apparel, Colourpop, etc. You may visit https://www.buyandship.ph/shopping/ to check on the list of stores you can choose from. 

After you have selected the item you want to purchase, you will be needing to fill in their overseas warehouse address as your shipping address and your name and member ID as the receiver during the checkout. To check on the warehouse address, you may see it under "Overseas Warehouse Addresses" that you can only view when you successfully created a Buyandship account.

I tried placing the order through Amazon as they offer variation of products I am really interested to. In my case, I have selected the US Warehouse as I have placed an order from Amazon which is a US based site. 

Once done, you may proceed with the checkout on your order. 

Declaring your shipment

Upon successful placing of the order, you will be receiving an email from your retailer, containing the information you need for the declaration, such as Shipping Carrier and the Tracking number of the goods. 

Once you get the above-mentioned information, please declare your parcel immediately at “Parcel Management”. This is for the item to be delivered to the international warehouse Buyandship has on this specific country you are ordering from. 

Consolidating your shipment

After the item successfully arrived at US Warehouse (or other international warehouse), it will be forwarded to the Hong Kong Warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your parcel arrives at Hong Kong warehouse. 

Once it reached Hong Kong Warehouse, you will be needing to create a shipment order by consolidating your parcels on your dashboard. And on this part, you will also be needing to add or confirm your delivery address in the Philippines by hovering over "My Address". 

After your payment is settled by online credit or debit card, your shipment will be sent out from our Hong Kong warehouse within 1-2 working days.

And as I mentioned, you will surely love how low is their rate as they have the lowest shipping fee

PHP 300 per lb. And since I have ordered a wrist watch from Amazon which happens to have less than a pound weight, I only paid PHP300 for it to be sent to our home address. 

With its pricing, I am certain that they are really have the lowest shipping fee among other international delivery service nationwide. 

Collect your item 

Upon settling your order details in "Orders" tab, you just have to wait until the order reaches your home and it usually takes about 3 to 5 working days from Hong Kong warehouse to your local delivery address. (Subject to any change depending on the happenings).

My order was processed right before Enhanced Community Quarantine was implemented during pandemic and thus, order got a little delayed, but what's good about them is they have not stopped operation during this period, unlike other shipping companies, thus I was able to receive it even the quarantine is apparently strict.
